Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Artizan packaging and ensure all tags are attached to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
